Cindy Lin, Founder + General Manager
Cindy Lin, EcoJoe Founder and General Manager: Cindy Lin has been working in real estate since 2005 and has been passionate about environmental sustainability even longer. She has won industry awards with her staging business, Staged4more Home Staging and Redesigns, including the Make Mine A $Million Business Award and the Sam Walton Emerging Entrepreneur Award. In 2008, Cindy was named a finalist for the Real Estate Staging Association’s Stager of the Year Award and the Innovative Stager of the Year Award. Cindy also coaches small business owners and real estate professionals about how to leverage social media for business, and teaches the Live Green Live Smart real estate designation.
Yi Hsuen, Ops Manager
What good would a warehouse be if we can’t find anything?! Luckily Yi Hsuen has kept us in good shape. She became an Accredited Staging Professional in 2006 and worked for Staged4more Home Staging and Redesigns as a Junior Associate when she was not building architectural models or doing 3Ddrawing on her computer. In 2009, Yi Hsuen joined our team and now serves as the Operations Manager for both EcoJoe™ and Staged4more. She has a degree in Visual Communication from University of California at Davis, and is a member of ASID.
Alane, Community Manager
Things at EcoJoe can get crazy when creativity flies! Alane keeps us organized and fab. She also assists Cindy and manages our marketing campaigns.
